Anchor Plate Rigidity Calculation error

Good day,
I am trying to design anchor bolts using a non-rigid plate so we tried to calculate using Anchor plate rigidity check under the Anchor Plate Design Approach. It shows initializing results but eventually shows an error showing CalculateDesign has timed out after 300 seconds.

Is there a work around this error so we will be able to see the resulting anchor bolt forces from a non-rigid plate.
