Accessibility of our sales channels

Our various sales and support channels are available, but mainly via phone or digitally. This has been decided in order to guarantee the safety and health of both your and our employees as much as possible. 

  • Your Account Manager can be reached by phone and, if desired, can also schedule an appointment with you via Skype. Furthermore, he or she can still process orders for you. 
  • Customer Service can be reached at +3110-5191111. 
  • Our Hilti Stores are open in accordance with their regular opening hours. However, we have taken a number of measures to monitor the safety and health of our customers and our employees. For example, we help a maximum of one customer at a time, which means that you may be asked to wait outside for a short period of time. In addition, we ask visitors to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters from each other. We thank you for understanding.
  • The Hilti Online Store remains accessible 24/7 to place orders.

Delivery times

We try our very best to keep up with our regular delivery times. It may happen that your delivery is occasionally delayed. We of course do everything in our power to prevent this, but we take into account the safety and health of our employees in our warehouses.

Repair service

Unfortunately, we are currently not always able to fulfill our 3-day repair promise due to the disruptions caused by the corona pandemic. Nevertheless, we will do our absolute best to return your equipment as soon as possible. We ask for your understanding.
